Jessica Chapman, owner and principal organizer of Room to Breathe has been focused on improving productivity through effective organization, systems and processes for more than 10 years. Her business background includes experience in corporate and small business management, marketing, process improvement and customer service in the U.S. and the U.K.

As an international customer services marketing executive, Ms. Chapman helped her clients increase the speed and quality of their communications networks through state of the art service and maintenance agreements. While in the U.K., she also served as a quality management auditor responsible for supporting, managing and updating processes that met international regulatory compliance guidelines.

She is a sought after speaker and organizational trainer who has helped improve the productivity of such notable giants as Ameriprise Financial Advisors, Kaiser Permanente, and Smith Barney.

Ms. Chapman's passion is helping small business owners by teaching them how to improve and implement their own organizing skills so they are free to focus on the important aspects of their business. She was named "Woman Owned Small Business of the Year" by the Sacramento Metro Chamber in 2006.

She currently serves as the Chairperson of the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee and sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the same organization as the representative of Small Business.
