Jessica Chapman, owner and principal organizer of Room to Breathe™ has been focused on improving productivity through effective organization, systems and processes for more than 10 years. Her business background includes experience in corporate and small business management, marketing, process improvement and customer service in the U.S. and the U.K. As an international customer services marketing executive, Ms. Chapman helped her clients increase the speed and quality of their communications networks through state of the art service and maintenance agreements. While in the U.K., she also served as a quality management auditor responsible for supporting, managing and updating processes that met international regulatory compliance guidelines. She is a sought after speaker and organizational trainer who has helped improve the productivity of such notable giants as Ameriprise Financial Advisors, Kaiser Permanente, and Smith Barney. Ms. Chapman's passion is helping small business owners by teaching them how to improve and implement their own organizing skills so they are free to focus on the important aspects of their business. She was named "Woman Owned Small Business of the Year" by the Sacramento Metro Chamber in 2006. She served as the Chairperson of the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee and sits on the Board of Directors of the same organization. Jessica is a member of Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce, Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce, NAPO, eWomen Network and Sacramento Organizers Group.
Sacramento Organizers Group The Sacramento Organizers Group is a regularly meeting group of professional organizers that are members of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) based in the Sacramento area. Sacramento Organizers Group is a NAPO "informal group" and currently a Chapter in Formation with NAPO. The mission of the Sacramento Organizers is to support professional organizers in the areas of continuing education and collegial networking in an effort to develop and raise public awareness of the industry in the greater Sacramento area. Policies: Product Returns You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Room To Breathe within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you have a return, please email returns@roomtobreathe.org to begin the process. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be returned to the account used to make the initial purchase. Product Exchanges If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email exchange@roomtobreathe.org with you product information, name, and address and date of sale. We will contact you to arrange an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by contacting exchange@roomtobreathe.org with the product information, your name, address and date of sale. We will arrange an exchange. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and we will guide you through placing another order for the item you wish to purchase. If the item to be returned was not sold by Room To Breathe™, you will need to contact the seller directly.
