If Something Happened To You...

Queen or King for a Day

Sexy Cool Product you need to know about!

Happy Spring! There is just so much good stuff happening that I hardly know where to begin! Just like me, I'm sure you're coming out of the winter hibernation.  Like a kid in a candy store-where do we start?!

I've started writing a regular blog (Daily Room to Breathe) so please check-in every once in a while for a nugget of information. I hope that one or two of the articles in the blog, and below, spur you on to be more efficient and give you plenty of room to breathe!

For complete articles and past articles, you can always find them at my website www.RoomToBreathe.org

If Something Happened to You...
could your family find the important papers?

DisorganizedYes, that statement is scary! The last thing you’re going to think about at a time of huge emotional stress is where to find the advanced healthcare directive, the disability insurance agents name, or the bank account number and password. Since it is tax time, right now is the perfect opportunity to better organize all of those important documents.

There are plenty of systems out there to help you keep it all in one spot. What doesn’t work is shoving papers in all kinds of different folders, files, and binders so you’re never really sure of what you’ve got and what you haven’t got.

Wouldn’t it be great if you kept all of your papers in one spot so that at tax time you just handed it all over to the accountant, no stress?

Wouldn't it be great if you could tell your family, or your family told you, "if something happens to me, go to the blue binder?"

As I said, there are plenty of systems out there. I unabashedly promote my Financial Documents Binder as a tool that will help you and your loved ones to know where the important names and numbers are in a time of need.

Using the Financial Documents Binder is easy. Your accountant and financial advisor are going to love you keeping it all together so they don't have to dig through the shopping bag with you during appointments. You'll know where everything is and so will your family.

Now is the right time to get all of this started. Please order binders at my website. Join our Affiliate program and tell your CPA, Financial Advisor, or Insurance Agent about the Financial Documents Binder to earn rewards when they order in quantity.

Spa escape"Queen or King for a Day"

The Queen of England doesn’t come down to breakfast and think, “I’ll have corn flakes because that’s what I’ve got.” She thinks, “What do I desire for breakfast.” Many of us usually eat what we’ve got or do what we “have” to do. Wouldn’t it be nice to wake up and decide on the day, without obligations or restrictions, what you want to eat or what you want to do and then go do it?

Once a year I get to be a Queen for 5 days when I go to Canyon Ranch in May. Jacintha Perrera from Island Getaways arranges a variety of these 5 day getaways throughout the year. Canyon Ranch is a place where I can exercise, or not, get massaged, or not, lie by the pool reading a trashy novel, or not, and eat the best food in town at an all inclusive rate. This is not your National Lampoon vacation. This is 6 star high quality make you feel like a Queen holiday. Imagine summer camp for grown-ups with better activities and food. It's pampering and delight at its best.

Now Jacintha gets a screaming deal because, well, she's the bomb, and she's arranged an amazing group rate because of her long-term relationship with Canyon Ranch. There is one spot left for the 5-day May trip. If you need to run away and lie by a pool, get massaged, do some yoga and eat healthy yummy food, call her now. The spot isn’t going to last. (916) 392-1520.

I’ll be the one with the trashy novel by the pool eating “healthy” ice cream after my massage.

Sexy Cool Product you need to know about!

Annual Sacramento Biz Expo – May 1, 2008

Metro ExpoOkay, so it's not a "take it home and rub it against your body" product, but it is totally super cool and full of potential!

Last year there were approximately 200 booths and 1300 attendees! What an AWESOME ratio to have for business exposure. This event is geared specifically to small business. It's a showcase for all of us out there making the economy go!

The Metro Chamber of Commerce (more info here) is responsible for the Biz Expo for Small Business in the Region. If you are a Metro Chamber member, the booth cost is only $299. Yes, that's right. $299 for a booth at an event that last year had 1300 people walking around. That's about $.23 a person to see you and your magnificent products and services!

Get in on this one quick. Call Bob Welton at the Metro Chamber. He can hook you up with a booth. His direct number is (916) 319-4268. Bob knows tons of people, so why not give him a call and see what he can do for you. Tell him I sent you.

If you can't do a booth, then put it in your calendar – be one of the 1300 (or 1500, or 1700!) to walk the floor and see what magnificent small businesses are doing right here in Sacramento to make our economy grow!
